How returns work

• Email us with your order number and the reason for your return
• We'll confirm the return and provide instructions
• Once we receive (or confirm, for certain cases) the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo along with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
